Our teaching professionals are dedicated to providing a wide range of golfers with the proper instruction. From one-on-one private instruction to group instruction, they are always working to accommodate your needs.

Cortney Murphy

  • Class “A” PGA Member
  • Certified PGA Professional in both Retail and Golf Operations
    (one of less than 50 PGA Members to attain both certifications)
  • 7 years of Teaching & Professional experience at the Country Club at Castle Pines
  • Interim Head Golf Professional at the Country Club at Castle Pines 2003 & 2004
  • One year of Teaching & Professional experience at the Cherry Creek Country Club
  • Former Golf Instructor at the Indiana University Golf Schools for Women, Purdue University Junior Golf Schools & the Chicago Golf Schools for Women.
  • Selected to audition for the Big Break IX & Big Break X reality TV shows.
  • Worked for the United States Golf Association back in the day.
  • Played Collegiate Golf for Northern Illinois University 94'-98'
  • NCAA Division I Academic All-American 95'-98'

2010 Junior Golf Camps

JUNIOR CAMP 101
(Ages 5-7)

Junior Camp 101 is geared for kids ages 5-7 who have an interest in learning to golf . This camp will introduce the basic fundamentals of the game of golf as well as safety and etiquette.  Don't sign up unless you're ready to have some FUN!
 
COST:  $80 per student
CLASS SIZE: Limited to the first 8 students to register
CAMP DATE: Tuesday-Friday        June 15– 18th        10:15am- 11:15am

INSTRUCTORS:  This camp will feature PGA member Cortney Murphy as well as other qualified PGA affiliated instructors based on participation.

THE BIG BREAK JUNIOR CAMP 
(Ages 8-15)

Want to take your game to the next level?  Mark your calendars for the 2010 Big Break Junior Camp!  This camp features instruction for junior golfers of all abilities and will focus on maximum game improvement & FUN! The camp will cover Full-Swing, Chipping, Putting, Pitching, Bunkers, Trouble Shots and lots of “Big Break” contests.  Students will be divided into groups based on age and ability. 
 
COST:  $120 per student
CLASS SIZE: Limited to the first 12 students to register
CAMP DATE: Tuesday- Friday          June 15– 18th          8am– 9:30am

2010 Women's Golf Clinics

WOMEN'S ONE DAY CLINICS

Women's One Day Clinics are an excellent way to meet other golfers, learn new skills or fine tune your game. These programs provide individual instruction in a group setting.  All aspects of the game will be covered including putting, chipping, bunker play, and  full swing.  Whether you desire to focus on one specific area of your game or seek to improve all areas, the women's one day clinics offer something for everyone. 
 
WARNING!  Register only if you're ready to have fun & lower your golf scores.
