Reservation Policy
To make reservations for club social events please call the main clubhouse number from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday at (303) 978-1800 ext. 6 and talk with Food and Beverage Director, William Weller, or leave a message. Reservations are recommended for all club events.

Outside Tournaments - Now booking for 2010!
Deer Creek Golf Club presently limits outside golf tournaments to Mondays – Thursdays anytime and limited times on Fridays to Sundays. Please contact Scott Hart at (303) 978-1800 ext. 4, if you are interested in reserving a date.

Accounting notes
Monthly statements for members are generated on the 1st of each month. It is mailed within five (5) working days. Your statement will include your monthly dues billing and any itemized charges made to your account through the statement closing date. The due date for remittance is the 25th of each month.

Please note that statements not paid prior to the close of business on the 25th day of the month may be subject to a late fee. You may pay your monthly statement with a check, cash or credit card. If you wish for the Accounting Office to automatically charge your monthly statement to a credit card, you may request this service through the Course Accountant, at accounting@deercreekgolfclub.net Please remember to sign your name and member number on all charge tickets.
